To get the debug logs, follow these steps.

1. Connect your watch to your computer via USB

Your system will detect the device and display it in the file explorer (tested only on Windows).

2. Open folder Garmin/Apps/Logs

The logs are located in folder Garmin/Apps/Logs.

3. Get all “CIQ_LOG.xxx” files

There might be one or several files named “CIQ_LOG” with different extensions. Get all of these files. You don’t need to send files with a size of 0 bytes.

4. Send them by email
